Transportation

From the airport:

When you arrive at Ben-Gurion Airport, go to Level G (outside Arrivals) and take a sherut to Jerusalem. Sheruts (shared taxis, usually minibuses) are a very popular and convenient way of traveling all over Israel, and particularly to and from the airport. Nesher Tours operates sheruts between the airport and Jerusalem's central bus station, with each sherut carrying about 10 passengers. From the bus station, take a taxi directly to the 7 Arches.

From the hotel to the Old City:

We recommend catching local bus 275, which stops right in front of the hotel every 15 minutes between 7:00am and 8:00pm. This bus will take you to the famous Damascus Gate at the edge of Jerusalem's Old City. From there, all the major historical and religious sites are just a stroll away.
